Player Cards

BISC has its own Player ID Card system used for liability reasons as well as team roster integrity. Every player U9–Adult is required to obtain a player card in order to participate in any game. The player ID card is not to hold players to a single team, but to hold all players accountable for their actions. The player ID cards are designed to assist BISC management with keeping all players safe and to have enforced consequences for those that act out. In order to receive a player card, a Brookfield Indoor medical waiver must be signed by either a legal parent or guardian or a player 18 years of age or older. Please e-mail with your player card information.

Obtaining a Player Card

All participants in BISC team leagues, U9–Adult will be required to have a player ID card.

There are three options for player cards. (Cash or Check Only)

  • 1 year - $15
  • 2 years - $20
  • 3 years - $25

If a card is lost, a replacement card can be purchased for $5.

If a player forgets to bring their card a temporary card can be bought for $5. If the player behaves and returns the temporary card the $5 will be returned. The players name will be recorded and can only be requested twice within a session.

  • Each player MUST have an ID and be accounted for prior to each game.
  • Players who have an expired card must go up to concessions to renew before they are able to play
  • No player card means you will not play.
  • Players without a player card are not permitted to remain in the team box.
  • Players who arrive after the start of a game are still required to present a player card and be acknowledged by the official before stepping onto the field.

Red Cards/Suspensions

  • A red card will result in a mandatory ejection from the current game and suspension from any games on all teams for one week following.
  • When a red card is issued, the player’s card will be taken by the official and will be held by management until the suspension is served.
  • The player card will be put into the case by concessions along with the date that the card can be returned.
  • When a red card is issued, management reserves the right to hold player cards for longer than the mandatory week (suspension length will be determined by severity of the incident).
  • Players can pick up their card at the front desk/concessions after serving their suspension.
